Confirmation Policy

Payment Flexibility:

Payments can be made in convenient parts.
- 30% of the total tour cost is required 30 days before the date of travel.
- The remaining 70% can be paid on day 1 of the trip for riders.

Booking Confirmation:

Upon your initial payment, an email confirmation will be promptly sent to you.

Final Payment Confirmation:

Upon completion of the initial 30% payment, you will receive a preliminary booking confirmation.
After the remaining 70% is paid on day 1 of the trip, you will receive a comprehensive booking voucher containing all essential trip details.

Refund Policy

Processing Time:
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method:
- By UPI or Account transfer

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made:
- 30 days before the date of travel: 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel: 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel: 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
